Fiori - Sales Rep: Check Price and Availability, Create Sales Order: No Data Found

Hi,

We are implementing Fiori Application for Sales Rep: Check Price and Availability, Create Sales Order.

While running individual URL on browser(Google Chrome) it shows No Data Found.

We have following system details:

Netweaver Gateway 7.4 (attached are screenshots of components)

EHP6 FOR SAP ERP 6.0 (attached are screenshots of components)

We have maintained the system Aliases in Gateway system (attached

screenshot).

added services and activated services in SICF and /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE

(attached screenshots).

We were not able to get GATEWAY option in ECC box under SAP Netweaver

in

SPRO (Attached screnshot).

Apart from this we have maintained all settings in SIMGH (attached

screenshots).

we have maintained valid data for the user also and maintained the

Roles

and Authorization for user.

Attached are screenshots from application running on google chrome,

Logs

from inspector element, and logs from /IWFND/ERROR_LOG.

Hi saket,

Please check your login sales rep and customer relation.

Check in ECC system through passing values to FM "RP_GET_PERNR_FROM_USERID" .

Check KONP table for customers to that PERNR number. only those customers will come in the App.

For check price and availability app, we need backend(ECC) SD configuration for relating price, material & customer in VK11 transaction.

Note: This is just FYI and does not fix your issue.

I see you use old UI components. Please use New UI components which have UI extension points.

Hi Masayuki,

while running service URL, i am getting RFC Error: Exception Condition "No Data Found " raised,

and "The request URI is not valid, The segment 'Customers' refers to an entity set and not to a single entity".

Your precious help is required.
