Solman 7.1 - editing Confirmed tickets in ITSM

Hi gurus,

I need to edit in solman confirmed tickets (in specific Time Recording) - how i can do this? Now it display message "No changes possible in document".

Once, while setting possibility (somewhere in SPRO) to change Message Reporter I saw place, where administrator can set edit possibility depending on its state, but now i cant find it.

Hi Martin,

CRMBS02 --> ZMIN0001 Status --> Double click on Confirmed status.

Then you have to change the Edit Option, but is not recommended..
