SAP GUI Log on Security Setting - Disabled

Hi Experts ,

I have an application which needs SAP GUI  Log on Security Setting - Disabled, I want to do the setting for all users using the computer .

Currently I change the setting to disabled , some one else log in gets it customized which is default setting.

How do I change this setting for all users using the computer  ?  Also I need to know how can I push out custom security ( may have to use ) settings for all users across the network

please help
