Dump MESSAGE_TYPE_X when running transaction EWFC0 in CRM

Hello,

When running transaction EWFC0 at CRM 5.0 short dump MESSAGE_TYPE_X occurs:

Error analysis

Short text of error message:

Internal error: Index error when accessing internal table XY_OBJ-DATA-GR

UT

Long text of error message:

Diagnosis

An error occurred when accessing the internal table

XY_OBJ-DATA-GRUT due to an invalid table index.

A program error (SAPLEWFC/INSERT_GRU) probably exists. There may

also be data inconsistencies.

System Response

The system cannot complete your reqeust due to a program error.

Procedure

Make a note of

o The message text and the message number

o The name of the internal table and the name of the module/form

o The transaction/the report

o and the steps that resulted in this error.

Send this information with a problem message to SAP.

I've had MESSAGE_TYPE_X errors that have been due to SAPGUI patch levels previously but not with this specific transaction.

Thanks for your answer.

I`ve been checking sapgui version and patches and detected that user who had that problem have SAPGUI 640 BETA release, installed in her machine. I suggested her to install SAPGUI 640.

I'll tell you if it solves the problem.
