Does anyone have experience with recurring tasks in ITSM? For example same task every monday at 9.00.

Hi

check the Technical Administration work center, in the Task Management view, the IT Task Planning screen lists guided procedures or simple task, remember that the document type is SMOT if you want to do some customizing..:-)
