Manual pricing gets lost with ATP Check

Hello Experts,

I have a situation in which we put manual price for items in a Sales Order. When

we do ATP check, the manual price is lost and the price is re-determined according

to the pricing procedure. Any suggestions?

Hi,
In the sales order under Edit Tab both availability check and New pricing document are one after another.

May be the users are selecting by mistake the New pricing document.

That is not the issue. They are selecting the right option.
