In our production scenario material replication to SRM is not happening an

An error in SMW01 is.

Please help to resolve this issue/.

The adapter object settings may not be correct.

Transaction R3AC3

DNL_CUST_PROD0 - Remove linekd BDoc type (keep the field as blank)

DNL_CUST_PROD1 - Remove linekd BDoc type (keep the field as blank)

DNL_CUST_SRVMAS - Remove linekd BDoc type (keep the field as blank)

Delete the Old queues from both the ECC and SRM system

SMQ1/SMQ2

Perform a fresh load.i guess entries stuck in inbound queues are material related. you need to do the initial load of DNL_CUST_PROD1 before downloading material. this brings all the product hierarchies, producr group and poduct types. before doing this download check the product hiearchy structue in ECC and according to that define that in SRM. once done start the download and then inbound queues will be cleared.

Check and apply note:1501685  and make sure CRMATAB is not empty in ECC.

After this, any issue in download will be application specific.

Before downloading materials, please download objects DNL_CUST_PROD0 and DNL_CUST_PROD1.

I geenrally do the below  trouble shotting steps for Master data replication ..

PLease check all this and confirm back

R3AS: Initial load has been started (green)

SMQ1: no outbound queue related to my request.

SMQ2: no entry found

SMOF_FILL_CRMATAB run and table CRMATAB fully loaded

Guids are identical in table CRMPRLS (ERP) and CRMMLSGUID (SRM)

Check Tables CRMCONSUM, CRMRFCPAR, CRMPAROLTP.

Check SMOEAC to see if the correct RFC destination is maintained in the R/3 site.

Did you run program BBP_PRODUCT_SETTINGS_MW in the Release environment?

Did you check for errors in the backend using ST22?

Check for missing entries in CRMATAB table on R/3.

This CRMATAB table should be filled with appropriate entries for the data exchage to take place between CRM and R/3 with proper authorizations.

You must then execute the report SMOF_FILL_CRMATAB in CRM. As the destination, specify the RFC connection of the system in which the entries are missing. If necessary, run the report twice: once for the CRM system (destination NONE), and once for the connected ERP system.
