CR MAT01- Getting Error Material Type DIEN ..

Hello Expert,

Requester create a New Material only basic data with CR type MAT01 and select Material Type DIEN as mention below :

When Requester submit the CR and it goes to Approval for activate CR..

At that time Approver open the CR they got getting Error Message Service not possible; all class types excluded  ..

Any help would be appreciated.

Please share a bit more detail of this error message: What is the message class/number (usually shown during a mouse-over on the message).

Also, what detail information do you get when pressing the "Display Message Log" link?

I have almost the same problems, see my post http://scn.sap.com/thread/3522650

Among other things, disable fields for data entry while maintaining CR, I get the same error message as yours.

Any help would be appreciated, too.

I am facing only this Material Type DIEN , rest all  other Material Type (ROH , FERT etc. ) working fine....

Nikhilesh!

My be you must check yous custamize for External number for Material type?

Material type DIEN has defult intervals: 000000000001 - 0000000000099999. But yous matnr=TEST-SU.
