You should provide some more information in your questions.
I'm ASSUMING, you are referring to the three info fields available for each characteristic in the results recording screens. These are not at the QE11 level, (i.e. in the QE11 screen) and are available in all result recording screens.
You can populate these fields when you set up the MIC. Those values are copied from the MIC into the inspection lot when it is created. You can also enter values in these fields in the inspection plan if you use "unlocked" MIC's in the plan.
They are not available for use in the inspection lots. Display only.
