Save wainting eMail

Hi all,

Due to a problem in the connection with the mail server, the queue of emails has become very important over 300,000.
My question is how to remove these messages from the queue, but before I want to save the whole.

Sincerely,
AH

Hi Hsaini,

Are you talking about emails in SOST ? If yes, just take a full database backup , it will take care of preserving your pending queue.

Hope this helps.

Hi Hsaini,

Apart from what Mr Kori suggest you can go for the backup of the exchange server. It also take the backup of your mails.

SOST mails (content) is stored in several tables... there is no standard way to simply export them to an external file/repository.

Beside doing a DB backup or system export, I don't believe there is a way to export/save the content before deleting it.
