Status structure tree

Dear all,

I want to create status tree as attached snap short please help.

1. Status must be lock in end step.

2. End User must have option before lock status for change any thing even the object link

3. Release flag should be on delete status

4. DIR lock on final copy not in other status

Hi,

Use DC10 tranx for setting the document status and its attributes.

For Mailing like send for approval, I think, this can be done from your workflow consultant. Create a workflow for document status and which will be based on events like new document status set or something you want then mail will trigger.

Hi arun,

Choose document type from dc10 and go for document status new entries...

For your all Q will get answers here. .use F1 to know.

You can create what ever you want to assign Status type to document like initial , primary, lock and etc.

Once u did check for status log or status n/w on cvo2n.
