Diagnosis

Shortfall below the specified stock level or quantity amounting to 1 KG.

System Response

If the message is an error message (E), the above is not allowed.

If the message is a warning message (W), the system will allow your input, but the warning is intended to prevent you entering a wrong quantity.

Procedure

In the case of a warning message, check the quantity entered.

In the case of an error message, change the quantity or terminate processing.

Hai friends,

Iam doing order,delivery,invoice for past dates.I created order but when coming to delivery iam getting the above error even though the material is having stock and it has movement type 601.I checked in MMBE  and it has unrestriced use of 310 quantity.Can you people suggest me how to solve the issue

Hi,

You are checking the stock in MMBE, but error message shows " stock not available for Batch number"

have you activated Batch for Material ?

check in table MCHB with Material/Plant/Storage Location/Batch Number and check stock in period where you are posting

please check and revert

Hai Santosh,

As you said i made all the settings which you have mentioned but still iam getting the same error and even the period is open for posting the stock
