SMTM - Change Project Assigment (status dependent?)

Hi everyone

I am creating Defect Correction (SMTM) in CRM Web Client UI. Under "More" (tab) there is an option to Change Project Assignment.

When the defect is in status "Created", Change Project Assignment is greyed out.

When the defect is in status "In Correction", Change Project Assignment can be selected.

Any idea where this is controlled? I want this option to also be available in status "Created".

Ok, found the answer here:

It's changed in SPRO > SAP Solution Manager > Capabilities (Optional) > Change Control Management > Standard Configuration > Change Request Management Framework > Adjust UI objects by User Status
