Custom CCMS metrics and alert in solman 7.1

Friends,

I have created custom CCMS metrics and alert in solman 7.1 as per below document.

I am getting the alerts generating in the RZ20 in the target system but not getting the alerts on mail. (attached image)

Anyone have any idea?

Thanks.. the issue was with data provider. I have chosen the wrong data provider due to which the metrices was in grey status.

You have the alert in CCMS, but is it visible in the MAI?

Hi,

Can you please check the standard job SAP_CCMS_MONI_BATCH_DP is running in your system, which sends the alerts from RZ20 to SOST. If not schedule, please schedule the same and check after this job completion.
