POWL: http 400 error every second time

Hi,

since we upgraded our system from SRM 7.0 EHP2 to EHP3, we have a strange behavior with all Web Dynpro ABAP applications using POWL.

If we open our applications inside the NW Portal,the first call works fine. But the second time we click on the Navigation, we get a http 400 error. The third time everything is fine. The fourth time http 400 error. And so on...

If we call the powl without the portal eveything works fine too.

HttpWatch shows the following:
