How to change my old e-mail to a new one

Hi, everyone

I‘d like to change my old e-mail address to a new one in my profile , but every time when I click the "Change e-mail address" hyperlink, an error would accur.( I'll post the Error Message later . )

Could anyone help me to solve this problem ?  Thank you very much.

Hi,

Go to your profile --> Bio tab, under your picture, Actions--> change email address or change password.

if you go with chnage password, on next screen click on you account tab.

I ddin't get any error message, i am getting edit screen to change my email id.

Can you share the error message which your getting.

You can directly contact sapnetwork@sap.com if you are facing any issues in updating through portal.

Hi,

Sorry to bother you again. I've tried this link and modified the old e-mail to a new one. Then the system send me a confirmation e-mail. But when I click to confirm ,it doesn't work .(The browser prompt: unable to display this page).  Do you have any ideas about this issue ?

What browser you are using ?

Use Mozilla Firefox or Latest version of Chrome...

Refresh your browser..

Delete all recent history, cookies and cache..

Then try again...
