Delivery Level Availability Check

Hi Experts,

Just now we upgraded our patch levels to highest, after that delivery level availability check is not working perfect for sale orders with more than one line items.

Availability check is working perfect only for the first item, but when we put specific item number during delivery creation is working perfect.

We don't find any change in customization settings, or copy control

Nausal

Even though we configure availability check at sales order level but there are some scenario where system again do availability check at delivery level. For example:

1.Increase the quantity at delivery level

2. Delivery without refernce to order

3.Adding new line item in delivery level

4. Stock Transfer Order

As per as nausal's requirement is concerned, Please elaborate your requirement clearly.

Hi Nausal,

As per G. Lakshmipathi's reply, we need more information about what is not working correctly to know what the problem is.

If the problem is with requirements not being reduced after the availability check, then you need to check if note 1909466 has been applied.

Couple of queries needs to be answered:-

  • Is Sale Order not configured for availabilit check?
  • If so, why in delivery, you are doing availability check?
  • If not, or you doing availability check individually for each and every delivery or through any other TCode?
  • What availability check you are maintaining?  Standard or zee?
  • For one line item which is working and for the next line item which is not working, is the item category same?

When you post a query, please give as much informations as possible to enable members to easily understand and propose right solution rather guiding wrongly.
