Rule with ID GRAC_AR_INITIATOR does not exist for rule type 1

Hi GRC Experts,

Need your help.

One of my  user  facing below error when he submit request in SAP GRC 10 CUP.

Rule with ID GRAC_AR_INITIATOR does not exist for rule type 1.

In SLG1 shows below snapshot.

Need your inputs on that.

We are on GRC 10 SP09

How have you configured your MSMP?

Did you map the return rule result GRAC_DEFAULT_RESULT (only return value for GRAC_AR_INITIATOR initial rule) to a Path/Stage in Step 6 Maintain Route Mappings?

Have you activated your MSMP as well?

1. Yes MSMP Configured.
