India Factory sales invoice output for excise erroring out

Hello Everyone,

Request your help with an issue.

We upgraded our SAP environments over the weekend with a package implementation. After this package implementation, we noticed that the excise print output type on our commercial invoice ( india factory sales), was erroring out and not triggering successfully. This was successful until Friday.

We have checked and validated, the excise register entries, output condition records, communication method, and processing mode.

All the entries are as was earlier.

However, the output type is in error.

Could any of you advise if you have seen a similar situation ,and if so any possible solution ?

This was a issue with authorisation, due to a program change in the package upgrade.

Please note, that VV31 output condition record is present, it shows up in output determination analysis.

Only status of the output is "2".
