Hi,

Is it possible to create Request for Change from Request for Change.

I created ZMCR and ZSER (which is copy of ZMCR).

I need to create ZMCR from ZSER, but ZMCR is not showing up in Request for Change Scope AB although I mentioned same in copy control.

I there any other way to achieve same ??

I am not sure why you have such a requirement...can you elaborate?

if you need additional approvals you can customize the various approvals in the ZMCR itself.

Solman follows ITIL standard for change management.

I require document like RFC only with no approval procedure. After I fill that document, RFC will be created as follow on doc.

No approvl status is working, but I am no able to get RFC in Request for change scope AB .

Is it feasible ??

Also for some Ibase, I am getting error like "Ibase is not assigned to document type".

I searched and found a solution that this may be due to duplicate IBases present in IB52, but how to check that duplicate Ibase ?

As a workaround, I am using another Ibase now.

Hi Ankit,

This is why you have incident which doesn't have approval block

so initially it is posted as incident where support team forward it to CR team if they feel this is change request and require approval

Yes you can create RfC created from service request or incident.....available in standard

you can create an RfC from Service request i.e. SMCR from SMRQ ....this is available in standard ...check below entries in copy control
