Master data does not exist for IBase objects CRM_IB 051 Error

Hello,

We are using CRM 7.0 ehp2 for our utulities project. We are trying to create a connection object, a premise and a point of delivery in CRM. We are getting the error "Master data does not exist for IBase objects".

We have checked the necessary customizing as shown below.:

1 - Define Install base category and installation rules

2 - Assign Object Families to Installed Base Categories

3 - Define Characteristics of Object Families

Hello,

I have the same problem. After the start of the Reports "COM_PRODUCT_DELETE_ALL" and "COM_HIERARCHY_DELETE_all" I get the same error message in the web ui.

I have also check this customizing and it is okay.

Have anyone an idea?

I have solve my problem! This 4 steps should help:

1. Delete all hierarchy by report "COM_HIERARCHY_DELETE_ALL"

2. Delete again the IBASES which was using by the products; report "COM_PRODUCT_DELETE_ALL"

3. start with fresh customizing download of DNL_CUST_PROD1 by tx. R3AS

4. configurate the technical object again with the setup guide "Replication of the Technical Objects (IS-U/CRM)"
