Resend cancelled messages with errors

Hi! I cancelled some messages then i need to resend them. however it show an error: "Unable to schedule n of n messages for processing; update the status". what are the steps to resend them back?

Hi Ronald - If the messages are cancelled, you should get them republished from source..

okay got it. how about how to cancel messages in the scheduled queue. im getting also the same error. "  Unable to cancel 1 of 1 messages; update the status "

If they are EOIO messages then you need to cancel the first message in that queue..

for EO.. you should be able to cancel them directly.. what is their current status? can you share the screenshot?

sorry over looked the status.. i don't think you can cancel scheduled messages..

you can do one thing.. stop the receiver channel and resend those messages.. they would go into system error state.

You should be able to cancel them( once they are in error state)

instead of cancel.. try to resend it then message should go into system error state..

stop the receiver channel ....

then resend messages....

they shold go into system error state....

then try to cancel

I  think this is receiver channel, stop the channel first and let the messages to fail.
