SAP xECM - Ability to extract from an unstructured FORM or handwritten form

Hello Experts,

Can SAP xECM has the ability to extract from an unstructured form or handwritten form the invoice number or sales order #?Also can it export documents as PDF or XMl from its user interface?

Does it have the capability for network watch folder?

Is there any cloud solution  that supports SAP xECM with Open text?

Hello Sangisetti,

          There is possibility for extracting the invoice number/ sales order from hand written documents into any format using OCR/ICC. But it is not a built in solution that shipped along with xECM and may need custom development.

          I think, you can trigger a background job or event for n/w watch folder but still it depends on your requirement. I doubt if xECM supports it.

But these features are more supported in SAP - VIM solution.

Sangisetti - To add one more point - SAP runs on premise, CS & AS will run on OT Cloud for xECM
