It is possible to have running SAP on Windows Azure VM's... I red that It is supported on Amazon cloud... What about Microsoft's?

yes, NetWeaver based Applications on Windows are now supported with Microsoft Azure. Currenlty SAP support is limited to the smallest Azure instance type 'A5'.
