Issue has been resolved.
Due to sap router license expiration. We have faced this issue. And we have applied a new license.
Now its working fine now.

check rfc connection of the system can also refer to note 982045 containsinfoof repairing the RFC destination SAP-OSS

Please check below SAP Note for SAP router settings and related details.
Once issue with SAPOSS RFC connection has been fixed, please ensure SAP-OSS RFC connection is also working.
