Activity Type confirmation remove Hrs if 0.00 decimal

Hi All ,

  I want for confirm activity type by CN25 for manpower  but some times if I put confirmation hrs ( here we use  unit MD -man days)  0.123 (or  with zero decimal) it removes the Hrs automatically after save or before  save & showing 0 hrs in CN48N report . This problem is shown sometime &  some time it allows with 0.00 decimal places (attached screenshot of CN48N report ) .  Need solution ASAP

One more thing I observe if I confirm with 1.12 or 2.444 more than Zero it is possible to confirm
