Incorrect (Error creating print data)

Hi All,

While taking a printout Iam facing the below error.  

  SAP spool error log

      =====================

Print request processing log

Errors occurred processing this print request

Unable to read format Z35X33NO. l_rc = 128

There may be no printout

This is working fine in Development, but facing issue in Quality.

Can anyone help me on this.

Hi Jixon,

Please check whether page format Z35X33NO or exists in DEV and QAS both.

Looks like it does not exists in QAS. You may need to transport the same to QAS and then test the print.

Hi Jixon,

Please check and confirm whether page format has been enabled in QAS and assigned to correct device type which is being used to trigger print out.

Share screen shot of relevant mapping in SPAD.

Hi Jixon,

Please check the following in SPAD

1) What is the device type configured for LP01

2) Against this device type whether page format Z35X33NO is defined.

3) compare this setting with DEV

Can you share screen shot for below path for LP01

SPAD -> Full Admin -> tab 'Device types' -> 'Format types'

Please check whether all the steps described in below link is completed for page format Z35X33NO

I think printer initialization is not done. Am not aware of this also.

If you all your configurations which we discussed in this thread are same as development then technical configuration of printer is correct.

Can you share the detailed steps from which tcode are you send the print request.

It looks to me that custom program has some missing elements which is not available in QAS.

Please get it checked with ABAPEr.
