Fail to Execute Price Families

Greetings,

There is an obstacle met when carrying out price families calculation. Price family has set up for Article A, in which master material  = Article B. When I carried out price calculation, there is green +  beside the master material however it fails to show any subordinate article within this price family group and the price of Article A does not change according to Article B.

Does anyone have idea on this?

Hi,

      The price family is only activated if no errors occur. Please navigate Goto --> Log to view messages regarding your activation.

Please note during activation, a check is performed to see whether articles in the price family – together with the sales unit – already exist in another active price family. If this is the case for at least one article, the price family cannot be activated.
