Hi,

First check weather the change logs update check box is activated in PROJ table or not.

Path: SE11 > Enter table PROJ > Display > Ctrl+Shift+F9 > Tick "Log data changes"

Then go to SM30 > Enter table PROJ > Ctrl+ F1. That will display all the data change logs in table PROJ.

You can also check tables CDPOS and CDHDR to retrieve change logs.

Thanks

Dear All,

Thank you for all your suggestion.

We have checked the change logs of OPSA transaction, but we didn't find any table logging details for this change.

also we have checked the OPSA access during production open period but no one accessed this t-code during that time.

Thanks for the inputs

Hi Saikumar,

is is possible someone changed it by debug accessing directly to the table?

Hi,

Please check the table logging using SCU3.

Kindly reach out to your BASIS consultant to check the relevance to SAP note http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/323636

There is high possibiliy that the Production Client was opened for direct changes and some one had done the changes locally else please check if Debugging option had been switched On in Production for the Table relevant to Project Profile. (Your BASIS Team would be able to confirm the occurence to the mentioned possibilities)

Hope it helps.

Thanks and Regards,

Hi,

First Check in OPSA that you have activated the change document indicator in Status Mgmt section on your concern Project profile. If it is then use CN60 to track changes.

Hi,

One option to check the change logs to Project profile is, open the referenced project and go to Menu bar > Utilities > Change logs.

The other option is, go to tac SE01 and input the TR number and click on display. On the main screen, go to Menu bar GOTO>Transport log.

it will give you the details.

If the above not helpful to you can bank on Basis team to get the details.

Thanks,

Sudhakar
