Hi All,

Please provide the Solution for this process

The Payback and Chargeback process is very common in Pharma industry

This process can be streamlined either by GTM activation ot Vistex

Please confirm can we configure the same process without GTM and Vistex.

I dont think so without CRM / Vistex, it is possible.

As I already indicated, without CRM, I dont think, this is possible to configure.  So you need to post this query in CRM forum.  Let me know whether I move this thread to CRM forum.
