SUM execution phase hanging in 'Start JAVA' step

Good day

I'm trying to update the Java stack of a solman 7.1 stack 10 instance. I'm using SUM v1 SP10 patch0. Everything runs fine until  5.6 [Execution --> Start Java] which times out after a while.

Part of START-AS-JAVA.LOG:

Java instance =02

SCS instance = 03

Java instance = 02

SCS instance = 03

Output of sapcontrol -nr 02 -function GetVersionInfo

from the error message there is nothing wrong with JAVA Stack Could you please Chec by  restart both  ABAP and JAVA stack manually and resume the Update with SUM.

check/attach the logs from /usr/sap/SMP/DVEBMGS02/work std_dispatcher.out, std_server0.out

thanks, as per the dev_disp logs  W12 (pid=11049) terminated automatically.

looks like your abap instance is not coming up. please review/attach dev_w0, stde*

why the W12 and W14 terminated automatically? any clue in the wp (dev_w12 & dev_w14) logs?

Ah! yes, the Java also running. Is there any Filesysetm full?

Try to access NWA application again and attach latest defaultTrace.X.trc file.
