Dear all,
I am trying to configure Knowledge Articles function on my Solution Manager 7.1 SP08, but I have stuck about creating an alert for Auto Suggest Knowledge Articles. As in my document:
"This particular alert is created by executing the Create Alert option within process modeling in the SAP CRM Web UI."
There are not much clues that I can follow, I have tried to find each function on CRM Web UI but hopeless.
Are there anyone could help me about this? How to create an alert on Solution Manager 7.1 (alert, not EarlyWatch Alert, it's a different thing).?
If could, pls show me the steps.

Hi Juan,
As default, we have a Business Role called IC_MANAGER, that business roles is used to manage CRM Interactive Center, which is embedded inside Solution Manager as default.
So, after you assign this Business Role to user, and then uset tcode CRM_UI, you could logon to CRM Interactive Center with Process Modeling for Rule Policies and Alerts could be setup. All the rest is doing follow step by step as the document of ITSM.
