SAP authorisation reaching 100%; transaction not opening; affecting 1 user

User is trying to access PPOSE. Authorisdations all checked and showing correct. SAP authorisation reaching is 100% according to information at bottom of screen after period of about 4 minutes; transaction still not opening, however, with the wheel indicating processing taking place continuing even though it states authorsation checks have taken place and reached 100%; affecting just 1 user on multiple networks/machines. Have reinstaed roles and swapped roles for different role with PPOSE access. Still no joy. Any help/advice appreciated.

Hi Jason,

I think this is mostly due to the object manager taking very long to recuperate previous searches and lists. of course, hiding the object manager would be easy if you were able to get PPOSE to start at all (Settings ® Hide Object Manager).

there is however a report you can use that will reset the last object selection for a user: RH_DELETE_OM_USER_SETTINGS.
