Clear negative quant in storage type.

Hello,

There are some threads already concerning this issue:

But i've didnt' find there any helpful information.

I have now negative quant in storage type - 902 :

When i am trying to clear this quant:

making internal warehouse stock transfer - 2 pc. from another storage type - 001 to storage type 902: i am just get another line, but the line with negative quant still exist:

Also i can't make physical inventory in storage type 902, because of negative quant.

Settings of storage type 902:

- doesn't allow negativw quants,

- mixed storage allowed

- addition to stock allowed

I don't have any open transfer requirements and transfer orders.

Could please advise how i can clear this negative quant in storage type 902?

use SE16 for table LQUA and compare any field for the positive and the negative quant and explain in which fields they are different

I've checked it and found out small details - this quants are in diff. storage locations:

But in MB52 i don't see any stock of material 89879 in the 0130.

Could you please advise, how i can clear this negative quant?

I guess you wanted to add a picture, this is not visible.

It would be good to know the exact quantity of both quants, as well as the quantities shown for that material in both locations using MMBE.

And even better the physical quantity that is currently in your warehouse.

Based on that info I could give you detailed instructions/alternatives.

without this info it would just be assumptions and could make the situation even more worse

I need also to say, that it happened because of i've activated storage location control, without good understanding of this functional.

this looks worse, are there other quants for this material in your warehouse?

comparing the stock from MMBE with just those 2 quants is actually a bigger difference than expected.

use LS24 or LS26 to know the total stock of that material in your warehouse.

I've found out the porblem - i had the same postive quantity in another storage type on the same storage location. Now i've made the stock transfer and now i don't have any negative quants.
