SUBMOD_SHDDBCLONE : unable to start batch job

I'm facing a error during an update from ERP6 EHP4 to ERP6 EHP6 SPS10 with SUM 1.0.9.8.

The phase SUBMOD_SHDDBCLONE/DBCLONE is unable to start batch job, whereas Primary AS has 8 batch processes available.
I'm in an Cluster MSCS 2008 SP2 with Primary AS on First node with ASCS ressource, and DB Oracle 11.2.0.3 ressource on the second node.
After logs analyse, I see that SUM tool try to execute report RSUPG_CLONE_TABLES in batch jobs, but I can not find that report in the system.

Does somenone have an idea ?

Could you provide the logs of this phase ?

Also check whether there were DBCLONE jobs executed in the system.

In the system, no job DBLCONE, and no report RSUPG_CLONE_TABLES

Are there any errors in the database alert log ?

Do you see the log files like RDPUTTBCLONE.LOG, DBCLONE01.TCL, DBCLONE02.TCL etc ? if yes what do they contain ?

No interesting message in oracle Alert.log.

Log files RDPUTTBCLONE.LOG, DBCLONE*.TCL are not present as no job has been executed.

I would sort all the logs by time in the <upgrade directory>/abap/log and check all the latest logs to have some information.

Consider updating the kernel and see if that helps.

Thanks for your help, I have ever done the sorting and the only think that seems help is the program RSUPG_CLONE_TABLES that the tool try to execute and that is not present in my system...

It smells like a bug of SUM.

I opened an oss message 3 days ago but no answer at this moment

Resolved by reseting the update and re-execute SUM with last version.
