Filter with Techo does not work

Hi experts;

     On CN41N Project Info System to display the projects we found that after setting Exclude Values for the Projects with Technically Completed from the Dynamic Selection. That they still appear on the report???

     So kindly advice if there is something wrong or how to report on projects with excluding the Technically Completed?

Which EHP version are you operating on?

Hi Ahmad,

Search for SAP_APPL in system--> status. Else reach out to your BASIS or ABAP consultant to check the applicability of the note.

Hi mahmud,

what I understood..let me convey on that.

You need list of Wbs-element which doesn't have Teco status.

For this go like this:-

run CN43N --> get the list of wbs-elements with reference to projects.

select column as status .

put filter on this , then extract the report.

Dear Ahmed,

In CN41N transaction screen

click on dynamic selections-->click on master data definition-->status comb .code-->click on tab multiple selections-->exclude single values-->click F4 and select combination code 6-->execute

carry out same for WBS elements if required.

then enter the range of projects,it shall exclude all TECO status projects from report.

     that what I exactly did and it did not work unfortunately. Perhaps there is a selection layout or variant has been set up and that affects the normal Dynamic Selection as mentioned above by our colleague Shiushir.

Are your filter is not excluding teco status if you just assign filter? Are you using any layout or variant for the same?

The filter is excluding the teco status.

And there is a PS info profile is used, but there is no Layout or Variant is used.

Kindly give some more details and help if u can where am new with the PS support.
