Unable to replicate material Master.

Dear SRM Gurus,

can you help to replicate the material master from ECC to SRM.

I made all the required settings.

I tried to load the objects,but the objects status is "Running".

How to verify the configured settings in Tables?rather checking in configurations

I have verified all the notes required for the material replciation.I didnt get any help.I may miss some configurations,please think guide me.

could you tell me why do we need to use SMOGGEN in the replcaition process?

I hvae attached the screen shot of SMWP,you can have quick idea about the status.

PLease check all this and confirm back

R3AS: Initial load has been started (green)

SMQ1: no outbound queue related to my request.

SMQ2: no entry found

SMOF_FILL_CRMATAB run and table CRMATAB fully loaded

Guids are identical in table CRMPRLS (ERP) and CRMMLSGUID (SRM)

Check Tables CRMCONSUM, CRMRFCPAR, CRMPAROLTP.

Check SMOEAC to see if the correct RFC destination is maintained in the R/3 site.

Did you run program BBP_PRODUCT_SETTINGS_MW in the Release environment?

Did you check for errors in the backend using ST22?

Check for missing entries in CRMATAB table on R/3.

This CRMATAB table should be filled with appropriate entries for the data exchage to take place between CRM and R/3 with proper authorizations.

You must then execute the report SMOF_FILL_CRMATAB in CRM. As the destination, specify the RFC connection of the system in which the entries are missing. If necessary, run the report twice: once for the CRM system (destination NONE), and once for the connected ERP system.

yes,i have verified all the entries and methods which you suggested.

I have encountered such issues in my previous project.

I have maintaine the entires as you mentioned initially.

I have found the error in the outbound queue in SRM.

short dump updated in the backend system. then i found the error as below.

The current application triggered a termination with

Can you tell me the significance of SMOGGEN?

I have another issue,

In another system,when i try to replicate the product category, some times,able to replciate the product category.

sometimes it is not working.

i couldl not find any outbound queue  generation also in SRM.

can you explain me how to verify whether filters updated properly to load the requested data?

can you tell me

how to verify filters which we maintained in R3AC3 got updated?

i tried to replciate one material group,i was successful.

after sometime again i tried to replite the another material group.

but it was not successful.

I didnt understand the reason.

i have followed the same procedure.

can you tell me what could be the reason?

i am getting the status in R3AM1 as done.

in the below screen shot i have mentioned status BLOCK. what does it mean?

though i get block status,still my material got replicated.

I did not understand the new issue you are facing is there an error message please explain in more detail ,

Hi Sathya,

Go through :

1. Check the Outbound Queue ( SMQ1) in ECC ,the Inbound Queue ( SMQ2)in SRM and SM58 in both the system to see if there is any errors.

2. If there are no entries stuck in the Inbound or Outbound Queue check the t code SMW01 to see if there is any errors.

Check and let us know your findings.
