Difference between Legal Code 00 & 03 ?

Both can be used for SPL ,then what it the difference between them ?

Hi Akhil ..

As far as I know, there is no difference between '00' and '03' - you could use either one for SPL and Legal Control.  Generally, the difference values of /SAPSLL/REGTY restrict the selections in Search Helps and programs - for example, the search for active Legal Regulations, but I can't find any differences in the treatment of '00' and '03'.
