Hi,
I create a workflow to a "model user", but I do not want that you can access via the creation of request, but only through the task of "Model User".
I could restrict this workflow through roles assigned to the user (PFCG), however the restrict also do the task for User Model.
How I can do to NOT be seen in figure 1, but YES is seen in picture 2?
Request Type: "Cuenta de reemplazo", should only be viewed in the request USER MODEL (See figure 2).
create a new request type.
if you are in Sp14 i belive in EUP setting you can use that.i did not test yet
look this note 1893657 - Model User requests not using request type defined in EUP
should be fine for you.
Regards,
Prasant

Not possible via request types as far as i am aware -best method is to experiment with the actual Access Requester role and hide links etc, make a copy of such a role and provide that to the end users who you want to allow the use of the "model user" functionality.
