Negative value in settlement rule

The process followed here for defining settlement rule is through a customized capitalisation form. There is a problem now in Project Builder. User cannot access the settlement rule when scrolls down it is giving a dump for the negative value. This can also be viewed in Table COBRB field PROZS. Though we know in Standard SAP it is not possible to post the negative percentage but is there a way out now to delete the negative percentage? Please advise.

Why dont you reverse settlement ?

If not,

Then use JV to neutralize it with negative value.

Can you overwrite the values using the same customized form and reversing the signs so you neutralize the negative values on settlement rules ?

or maybe can you delete the settlement rule and create new one ?

last the HARD solution is to update the tables directly ...
