SAP Netweaver Gateway license cost

Hi All,

Currently we are planning to develop an ODATA based application using Netweaver Gateway and SAPUI5 for one of our customer.

This would be a custom application. Users who are going to use this application, are already registered into SAP System.

Customer do not have any license for SAP Fiori. We just want to understand is there any additional license cost involved to use Netweaver Gateway? Kindly help me to solve this query

Netweaver Gateway is included in the SAP Business Suite license , so its addons could be  absolutely free.

As  long as the user  is already licensed for the backend system there is not extra cost.

Hello, does it mean that customer that has SAP Business Suite can buy SAP NW User and he can access SAP from external application for such small costs?

Gateway doesn't involve any licencing cost for named users. And its much relevant to have named users for Fiori.
