ITSM: Time recording reporting

Hi Guys!

Is there any way in Solution Manager to report time Processor spent on message?

Currently I found only way to check general information how much time it took to process message, without clear information which user did it.

Unfortunatelly, both ways are not giving me informations I need, like Processor 1 spent 2 hours on message 34.

It seems SAP introduced Time Recording and forgot to put reports in place

Runnig CRM_UI tcode you can add time recorind block and add time spent for example analysis/solution/documentation:

Than you follow as described and BW reports should shown:

but then we have to enter to each message to get detailed information.
