Deselect the tables from Object definition tab of Object Edit Window!!

Guys,

Unfortunately someone has selected one table in the object definition tab of object Edit window. Actually the table is not required at all, because the object is a user defined date variable object in the universe which won't depend on any table.

User Object code:  trunc(sysdate,'mm')

I can re create a new object in place of the existing object without selecting any table for this but it will impact the existing reports which depends on the old object.

Let me know if you need any info..

Appreciate your ideas..

In Tables, click on "selected tables only" then select the table you want to remove.

Please note that your object will no longer parse but this is not a problem as long as you use at least one table-based object in your query.

Your question is not very clear , what exactly you are looking for ..

However if you are just looking for the object not to be associated with any table then you can just go to the extra table and deselect any table its being associated with..
