use CCMS with any SAP monitoring tool like Tivoli or HP Openview, for manual monitoring you need to refresh everything whenever you need latest information.

Hi Pooja,
XI did not provide any such type of tool,where it get refresh automatically.
XI has come up with two monitoring tools as..Runtimeworkbench and SXMB_MONI.
Runtime workbench: you can see various monitoring options are available.

you need to refresh manually
you can use RWB or SXI_MONITOR

But how to schedule RWB,is it possible.
