Internal error - NUMBER_GET_NEXT call error while craeating new company address

Dear Team,

In solution manager while we going to create company address through tcode SUCOMP and during saving the record error message occur as "Internal error -NUMBER_GET_NEXT call error".

Please suggest for solution

Hi Ajay,

Please let us know if there is any dump regarding this issue in your system.

Also run report "Z_OSSNOTE_445575" in the SAP note 445575 to find out the highest address number already assigned. If the current assign address number is higher then the number from the report then go ahead as per that note and perform the steps as per instruction.

Hi Rafikul,

There is no any dump error message.

And as per note 445575, i have set the number range in SA01.

after done this i have createing new company address in SUCOMP, get the new error message -

EDI: Error process code 'EDIO' is not available

The Program Z_OSSNOTE_445575 does not exist in system. For upload this report Z_OSSNOTE_445575 in system, could you please tell me program name?

Hello Mr Rafikul,

As per your suggestion, I have created Z_OSSNOTE_445575 in system and execute the same.

Now again i try to created address in SUCOMP but get the new error message:-

EDI: Error process code 'EDIO' is not available

Could you please guide on this

Dear Mr. Rafikul,

There is no ABAP dump but in SM21 there are error message:-

"Documentation for system log message D0 1 :

The transaction has been terminated.  This may be caused by a

termination message from the application (MESSAGE Axxx) or by an

error detected by the SAP System due to which it makes no sense to

proceed with the transaction.  The actual reason for the termination

is indicated by the T100 message and the parameters.

EDI: Error process code '&' is not available

&CAUSE&

A syntax error was identified while processing an inbound

<DS:GlOS.IDoc>IDoc. There is no entry with the key &v1& in 'Error

process codes'. However, this process code was determined from the

table of status values (TEDS1).

Now my one of problem solved. When i have go to SU01 and checked in address tab, its work now. Earlier its was not work.May be executed the report Z_OSSNOTE_445575 in system, its should be working. Thanks for your answer.

But till m facing in SUCOMP for creating company address.

Hello Mr Rafikul,

As per provided link, in WE46 field all required data but when try to save get below error message.

Please see the attach screen message.

For identification - No active plan version exists and in said link the problem was not solved.

How to active plan version in system, please help

Hi Ajay,

"No active plan version exists"

The above message indicate that workflow customizing is missing in your system. Take help from functional consultant and do this activity. You can do this by tcode  swu3. you have to execute the maintain active plan version step.

I have maintained   PLOGI ORGA X     PLOGI PLOGI 01  in a table T77S0 and then execute the swu3 and completed the maintain activity. Now active plan version is activated.

No its till showing the error message - EDI: Error process code 'EDIO' is not available

But in WE46 --- EDIO entry is not maintained

Error message this time changed but now i have try to check this - SAP org object does not exist.

And in before the "EDIO" was valid process code now wondering to why its not valid process code after activated active plan

Hello Mr Rafikul,

I have one query that in new solution manager 7.1, child system is really required whether the central system already exists.

Without child system, shall we complete the solman_setup configuration in SAP?

Because we have created one more logical system in BD54

Please clarify, because in solman_setup we have get warning message – Role ZXXX_XX_* does not exist in child system
