ITSM Checklist - Partner Automatic Determination

Hi,

I am trying to setup the Automatic Partner Determination in the checklist at Solution Manager when I create a Service Request.

The problem is when I choose a Checklist in the Service Request the steps corresponding to each Checklist appears but the problem is that the Automatic Partner Determination is not being done.

I've configured the Automatic Partner Determination in SPRO but still the BP doesn't appear.

This is my SPRO configuration:

Either the checklist and the steps are well configured as well.

I can't not get the Modeler Rule Profile SRQM_CHKLST_BP make it work. I also I've readed this document:

And I found out that I have to use the rule CRM_DNO_1, I also configurated all the steps in the document, but at the end I couldn't find any relationship between the rule and my rule SRQM_CHKLST_BP (modeler rule profile).

Each step.

Maybe I've something wrong in my rule CRM_DNO_1 ?

If I simulate this, It works

Does anyone knows how to make it work, I've to create a custom rule but in any way.

Hi, I've solved creating a Rule Policies in solman role.
