Error logging into SPM 3.0 UI

Hi..

I see an issue with logging into SPM 3.0 UI. IT gives a message "Select an Offline Briefing Book:" and then giving an option to browse.

This installation had SPM 2.1 prior and then it was changed to SPM 3.0 and after installaing SPM 3.0 UI, no one can login...

Has anyone experience this scenario?
