SAP Device typr for HP Color LaserJet CM2320fxi MFP

      What would be the best suited SAP device type for HP Color LaserJet CM2320fxi MFP?

Hi All,

My Issue is fixed, actually we are good with the device type we used, the issue is with the print queue, wrong drivers were assigned to printer queue. Once our printer team reconfigured the print queue with the correct drivers, then every thing works fine.

Refer list of Supported devices types in SAP for HP printers. Find a suitable match for your printer from the list.

I got this already, I still doubt CM2320n and CM2320fxi both are same ?

Most LaserJets multifuntion use the same device type ZHPLJCM1, I am confident that is the right one
