Check the DB alert log, there are by default 3 control files on a Oracle DB used by SAP.
Maybe only one of them is corrupted and you can overwrite it with another one that is clean.
If not you can use the note referenced by Sunil to recreate the control file.
Watch out before recreating control file you will need to rename / delete the existing ones.
You can find the location of the control files from the Oracle pfile copy created by BR*Tools in
Windows D:\oracle\<SID>\11203\database\init<SID>.ora
Unix /oracle/<SID>/112_64/dbs/init<SID>.ora

note 1889854 - Recreation of the Control file should help you to recreate the control file.
