SAP HANA license expired on Cloudshare

Hi,

we are using a SAP HANA SPS6 instance on Cloudshare. Today I wanted to do some work with the HANA instance, and found that HANA studio can not connect to the server and any data connection does not deliver data anymore. After browsing the error log I came to the conclusion, that the license simply expired. We initially started the VM three months ago and now I am wondering, if anybody may be familiar with the licensing terms and periods for the VMs provided to the different cloud service providers?
